Playoffs!

Great news, Norwell High School! the Norwell varsity playoffs are being kicked off in a fiery fashion, as both the varsity football and soccer teams prepare to continue their impressive seasons. The boys’ varsity soccer team (18-0-1) will kick off their game vs. Pope Francis (6-7-6) on November 8th at 3:15. The team has shown skill, teamwork, and dedication all season, with their strong communication and technical ability making them one of the most intimidating underdogs in the state. The Norwell community is thrilled to finding out if they can pull out another monumental run like in 2023 when they won and when they made the finals in 2024. Meanwhile, the varsity football team (7-2) is ready for a thrilling playoff run as well. They’ll face Pentucket Regional (6-3) on Thursday, November 14th, at 7 p.m, followed by a tough matchup against Hanover (5-3). All of these upcoming games should be intense battles filled with energized fans, passion, and school pride. The players have worked hard to prepare all season, and the community is excited to cheer them on as they fights for that state title. These upcoming games highlight the spirit and determination that define Norwell. As the playoffs begin, students, teachers, and fans alike are encouraged to come out, show their Clipper pride, and support some of these incredible teams as they represent Norwell on the biggest stage of the season.
