Spring Sports at Norwell High School

The first week of spring sports at Norwell high school was awesome! Unfortunately last year we weren’t able to have a spring sports season because of Covid, but we are lucky to be able to have a spring season this year. The spring sports for this season are boys and girls lacrosse, baseball, softball, track, and tennis. Boys jv and varsity lacrosse and girls jv and varsity lacrosse played games. Girls jv and varsity both won. The jv girls won 11-5 against Hopkinton High School and varsity won 8-4. The boys jv lacrosse team unfortunately lost 2 to 8, but the varsity boys lacrosse team defeated Dover 11 to 7. The Baseball and softball launched into their games. Girls varsity softball team won 21 to 0 against Mashpee. The girls jv softball team lost 1 to 27 against a Middleborough. The girls tennis team also won against Mashpee 5 to 0. Overall, the first week showed a great start to the Norwell High School spring season.
