On Monday, March 28th, students went to the Norwell Public Library to see 10 Things I Hate About You. The library often hosts Dinner and Movies and they are great to go to as students can get extra credit from attending them. Also, pizza and snacks are provided, so invite your friends and enjoy the movie. I liked the movie and felt that it shows how strong and independent women can be. Specifically, March was National Women's Month. The main character Kat Stratford, played by Julia Stiles, was very independent, rebellious, and honest, which was inspiring to see. Her twin sister was the opposite of her, wanting to be liked and caring for how she looked, but in the end, they both found someone who loves them for who they are. Overall, 10 Things I Hate About You was a funny, uplifting movie that was a great opportunity to get extra credit!
